ABOUT NHHP-FedThe New Hampshire Health Plan-Fed (NHHP-Fed) is a state administered high risk pool established to meet the standards defined by the federal government to provide affordable health coverage access to the uninsured, regardless of health condition.PREFERRED PRODUCERSPreferred Producers are available to answer any of your questions and help with the application process. To find a Preferred Producer in your area, go to our Preferred Producer List.COVERED BENEFITSBenefits are available for medically necessary services and supplies such as inpatient medical and surgical services, outpatient medical and surgical services, diagnostic services, prescription drugs, and other covered services. All services must be prescribed by a physician and related to a covered injury or sickness. Benefits are subject to exceptions and limitations as stated in the Benefit Plan. An overview of covered benefits are listed in the NHHP-Fed Brochure. For a complete listing of covered benefits, terms, and conditions, please refer to the specific Health Benefit Plan Booklet.PLAN OPTIONSThere is one Indemnity and two Managed Care Plans available.See the NHHP-Fed Plan Comparison Summary for a full listing of Plans and cost-sharing options available. Foundation Medical Partners includes over 195 providers serving the greater Nashua community. |
